(Q) Why is there no product lists or carts?
(A) I am not a store; I can find you products at competitive prices if you need help. I sell solutions to problems and fulfill individual needs rather then throw a bunch of stuff in a box call it a computer and post it on my website for the new low price of $299.00.

(Q) I am having trouble with my pc can I ask a question without being charged?
(A) Of course, you can!!! I encourage you all to ask questions. I am building a database of tech support Q & A right now. Without new questions, or concerns I will have the same mess that Microsoft and Dell Posts on their sites. It will be updated and posted within 60 days. Once it is up it will be updated every 30 days. If there is a hotfix, driver, or virus issue that is a moderate concern I will update immediately.

(Q) Do I get a warranty on parts and labor?
(A) Yes, 30 days on all parts. If you are local you will get onsite support for free for 30 days on all new pc builds. Certain manufacture warranties will be handled through the respected manufacture. Telephone and remote support will also be available for certain instances. Local is considered within 25 miles of Syracuse, NY.
